Hi,
I have old Rollyson single hung windows, series 2500, and need new channel balances and take out clips.
I've attached pictures of the balances. They have the following written on them
30 3 CL Caldwell
End to end they are 32" long. Could you help identify replacement?

Hey Mike,
I was able to narrow what you have down to two options. You either have our Series 380 or our Series 385 channel balance. The difference lies in the depth of the shoe. The series 385 balance has a 15-004 shoe, which is 1-3/32” deep while the Series 380 balance has a 15-005 shoe, which is 1” deep.
Please reference the below photo to see exactly how to measure the depth of your shoe to determine which series you have.
When measuring the length of your balance, only measure the metal channel, not the nylon attachments. Yours should measure 31". As far as the stamp that is printed on the side of your balance. This correlates with the spring strength for your window. Your 30 3 stamp will correlate with our 3030 option.
