One of the channel balances broke in the window at my Mom's house (Southern California) and we need to replace it. Trying to order 2 new ones but not sure of the series to get. Posted several pics. Each end, whole unit and stamp on back. The unit is 23 inches long. Trying to get these ordered and shipped so they will be there when I visit her on May 5th.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. With that said, I will email you an order link that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note, there is a 5-6 business week lead time I'm afraid. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
Your metal channel should also measure 32-7/8" long, not 23". Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check this to be safe.

Sorry for the long delay getting back to you, but I finally got back to my Mom's house to re-measure the channels for her window. They are in fact 32 7/8" long. The pics are the same as sent in back in April and I will need to order them. You said last they are a custom order so when you send the quote I will need 2.
