Need new channel balances (non-tilt window)

Question

Hello - I need new channel balances for a non-tilt window. They look like they are 24" x 1/2", but I can't tell which series I need based on the fittings (pictured). The stamp option (pictured) looks like it's 2340.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-24 or S385-24 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2340 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
