Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! Your shoe appears to match our 15-111, which is designed to be used with a Series 160 coil spring. We also sell the 26-241 pivot bar.

Look these parts over and let me know if you had any questions.

A quick learner from Ca says:
So which lb coil spring should I use with this particular window setup?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

There should be a stamp printed on your old spring that you can use as a reference to pick the best option. If no such stamp exists, or if it's too faded to read, then you will have to weigh your sash on a scale and divide that by the number of springs supporting it.

For example, if your sash is 22 pounds and you have 4 springs on each side, you'd want the 5.5 pound option.
