Need new coil balances for both sides of window

Question

It is a triple coil balance, and the only readable numbers on on the coils them selves - #6.0 35" for the top two coils, and #5.0 35" for the bottom coil.
From a Simonton Double Hung window.

It appears you have either the S160-6 and S160-5 1/2" thick springs, or the S165-6 and S160-6 3/8" springs, depending on the thickness of your old coil springs. The pivot shoe is a bit unusual to me; if yours is undamaged there's no need to replace it; otherwise, please show it to us out of the window.
