Need new counterbalance shoe

Thanks for reaching out. This spiral balance can be replaced with the 3/8" S900-28. While the tip does appear to be orange, it is considered red. That said, you'll need the red tip option.

A pair of these will support a sash weighing 10 to 22lbs.
