Help , the arm mechanism is working , but gear box is missing parts

Thanks for posting. When that worm gear pops out of the gear box, that means the whole assembly has broken down and should be replaced. This looks like a 39-031 Dual-Arm Operator. Just make sure the dimensions below match what you have. Let me know if anything differs. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
