Need new door handle for sliding glass door

Question

Handle broke off. I bought a 3-15/16" hole spacing handle at Home depot, but screws did not match. I took pic of label on inside of door and am attaching. Hoping you can help me find the right handle. House is about 16 years old as an fyi.

Hi Mary. Our 82-030 should be able to replace this handle set. Note however that this type of damage to the inside pull indicates your door's rollers and track may need to be cleaned or even replaced. We advise inspecting them to see what condition they are in.
