Is this picture good enough to determine which one I need? I do not see on your site.

Thank you for your post. You may want to begin by taking a look at our 39-031 and 39-032 dual arm operators. Carefully compare your measurements and dimensions to ours to see if these could be a good match for you. If you should need new handles and cover, take a look at our 39-114L and 39-107 for possible options. Get back to us and let us know how you make out.
