Truth casement model # on hinge 30905. Need pivot bracket. Hinge left from outside. 30" wide.

Hmm..It's unusual for that stud bracket to be bent the way it's shown in the photos. You will want to check the hinge to make sure it's operating smoothly. In the meantime, take a look at our 39-549 stud bracket and 36-048 hinge set. Review the specifications of each part to confirm they match up with the original part.
