Need new hook latch spring

I moved into another home & the patio door lock is broken. What is broken is the small spring that operates the hook latch to secure the door.

The sticker on the door has the following information: MFG Code PHP-28 Series 870 SGD and below that is SGD-R20 96x96

I cannot find out any information on where to purchase a replacement locking mechanism.

I would appreciate any information you may supply.

Hey John. Could we see a few pictures of the handle in question? That will help us locate the best possible replacement for you.

In response to your request on 77-31763 I submit the attached photos in order to assist you in finding a solution to my broken patio door latch.

It would appear the two securing screw holes are 4 3/4" apart. No part # on item.

Thanks for the images, John. Check out our 82-226 and let me know if you think this could be a match for your hardware. I think it's pretty similar, but see if you agree.

Thank you Donna for your research. Your 82-226 is a match; however; over the weekend I did locate one locally and it fits to a "T"
