Need new inner handle for the door

Good evening!
I am looking for replacement parts for an old Harvey door of my mother-in-law's. Was wondering if you still made replacement parts for this model or if not you could suggest to comparable part number.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't have an exact match for the interior handle in your photo but take a look at the 40-150. The installation hole center spacing is 1-3/4". Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
