I did not see any numbers on existing lock set..the slider door has numbers:SGD R25-120×82 AAMA
Can you identify what is the right keyed handle set to get for me?
What part # should I get?
How much does the keyed set cost?

Welcome to SWISCO, Nichole. For a keyed replacement handle set, our 82-081 looks to be promising. Just look over our measurements to confirm this is the correct replacement. If you need to replace your mortise lock as well, our 82-238 should work. Look over both of these pieces and see what you think.
