Need new latches and balances

Question

I need to replace the left & right balances and latches for a tilt window. I've attached pictures of the parts; can you please verify what I need to purchase? Thanks.

Unfortunately, this tilt latch has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no substitute has been found. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.

We may be able to help with your balances but we would need to see yours fully removed from the window, including both ends and the pivot shoe that it attaches to. Thank you!
