Need new lock and sliding glass door handle

It's difficult to say with confidence what mortise lock you might need without seeing the original. That hole suggests you might need the 82-218 or a version with a faceplate like the 82-226 or 82-227, but you'll need to carefully compare the dimensions to see. For a new handle set that would work with these locks, see the 82-030. 

I am afraid there is no way of knowing what rollers your door uses without seeing the old ones removed. With patio door rollers there is too much variation, even when you know the model door. If you could remove the rollers and show us pictures we will be happy to help. See the videos below.
