Need new lock and sliding glass door handle

Is the hole spacing on the handle set 3-15/16"? If so, see our 82-030. Now, for the mortise lock it's very difficult to say which you might need without seeing an original, but it could be our 82-218, 82-226, 82-227, or 82-229. You'll need to review all the dimensions to see if any of these seem like the right fit.
