Need new opener

Has the # 30841L onthe arm. And has the
#30830 on the case by crank. I will need both L&R hand.
This is a truth operator

Hello,

Take a look at the 39-381 compared to the dimensions below. This looks like the type of operator needed for your window. As for the sash bracket, you should be able to reuse the one you now have. If not, take a look at the 39-560 to see if that matches the sash bracket you need. See the hardware and related videos to help repair your window. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for the reply. It looks like mine but my arm is 9 1/4 inches long. I guess I could drill it out the stud? if needed. But I don't want to do that unless I have too

Unfortunately, I do not believe that a version of this operator with a longer arm is still available. With that being said, you could swap the arm from the old operator and reattach it to the new operator with a 62-014B rivet. Another idea would be to move the location of the sash bracket on the window to compensate for the length of the link arm.
