Need new operator for carriage window
Thanks for your post! The worm gear from your operator has become completely stripped. There is a chance we can provide you with a replacement but based on the shape and design of its base, I am not confident.
To make a determination, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. I'm looking to see a photo of the arm(s) on the operator and how it attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.

Thanks for the additional photos. I believe your window operator can be replaced with the 39-220B Encore Dyad Sill Mount Operator, which is used along with the 39-375 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover. The link arm from your operator appears to be connected to a bracket like the 39-546 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket.
To confirm that this is the replacement operator you need, be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them. I've tagged the opposite handed versions of each of the recommended parts below.
