Question

Wish I had more info. 31696 is on an arm. Looking for these broken plastic guides for the locking slide bar too. The help y'all provide is so very much appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for the awning window operator or the tie bar you have here. Unfortunately, we do not have anything that could work to retrofit either of them.

The tie bar guide can likely be replaced with the 39-448 Tie Bar Guide. You'll need to look over the dimensions and compare them to determine if this is the right fit.
