Need new operators

Hello there. I am afraid those numbers are used on a few different operator mechanisms. Can you send us photos of your operator? A bird's eye view, with either the operator removed from the window or at least the window open, would be best, so I can see the entire mechanism (gear box, handle, and arms). We'll do our best to help from there. 

Thanks for the photo. This looks like an older version of the 39-172 Dyad Operator--its opposite-handed version is the 39-171. Review the dimensions listed below and let me know if anything differs from what you have. For a new handle, see the 39-114L sold separately.
