Need new outer door handle and inner mounting strip

Question

This is for a Patriot patio door. The inside mounting strip (?) broke, and the long screws broke off in the outer door handle.

Numbers found on the ID Tag;

I guess I need the broken strip, the outer door handle, and two long screws.

Center to center distance is 3-15/16"

Take a look at our 82-030 Handle Set. Look over the dimensions and see if you can use this as a replacement. I believe you can.
