Need new part

It sounds like the gears have worn down, in which case you need a new casement operator. I am confident that we can help, but I need to see the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s), from a bird's eye perspective. We should be able to help from there. 

Let me clarify. By bird's eye photo of the entire assembly, I mean like the photo below of our 39-031. Note that I do not know if this is the operator you need, I'm using the photo as an example. The link arms are those arms in the photo. They connect the operator to the sash. I just need a view of the entire mechanism, whether it's removed from the window or at least with the window open
