Need new parts for 2 windows

The metal part without clips measures 23 15/16" . It is printed on the frame as seen in one of the pics 23 3 BP CALDWELL. Can you tell which part numbers I need to replace for both sides and will do 2 complete windows. With the new balance channel will it come with the new plastic clips that attaches to the window frame as one is brokenI would like to replace all 4.

Hello, thanks for posting! It looks like you could have either our S380-24 or S385-24 with the 2330 stamp option. The difference between the Series 380 and the Series 385 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail. Once you have determined this dimension you should be able to select the appropriate balance.
