Need new parts for 40 yr old vent

Our local glass man thought it might be part number 39379. Could not get a ladder to fit in to get up to see part number. So sending you picture of the fixture and crank head.

Your skylight operator certainly resembles our 39-379 but you would need to compare the specifications shown on our product page to be sure if it's a match. Thanks for posting!
