Thanks for posting! Your patio door tandem roller looks pretty similar to both our 81-157 Tandem Patio Roller or our 81-181 Stainless Steel Tandem Roller. To determine if either of these is the right fit for your door, you'll need to carefully compare the dimensions. You'll especially want to confirm the dimension for the diameter of the wheel.
