Need new rollers

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see your roller fully removed from the door since most of the housing is not visible while it is still installed. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Please note that, in some cases, the bottom part of the frame may need to be disassembled to access the roller. Thank you!
