Need new spiral balances

A home owner from ohio says:

Unfortunately no name or numbers are on the parts.
The balances are for tilt windows. Current balance dimensions are as follows:
Length: 35"
Diam: 3/8"
Tip color: Unknown / missing. Second window has either greasy white or black.
Window type: Vinyl
Sash weight: 28 lbs

Any assistance would be very much appreciated! Thanks...
