Hello, We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see the pivot she and balance fully removed from the window. Also, please confirm the width and thickness of the pivot shoe, as well as the diameter of the balance tube. Thank you! |
Good Morning, Casey. OK, the spiral balance tube is `6" long, and about 9/16th" in diameter. I'm having a little trouble removing the pivot shoe, but I hope we can get started with the balance tube.

Sure, would recommend starting with the S600-16 spiral balance and comparing the product specification to yours. The white tip options for this balance will support a sash between 4-10 pounds. Once you're able to remove the pivot shoe, just send over a picture with dimensions and we'd be happy to research that as well. Thank you! |

In that case, I would recommend the S600-16 with a blue tip option to support a sash between 9-28 pounds. Unfortunately, we do not carry the spacer but the dimensions of the pivot shoe lead me to believe that you could use our 15-118 as a replacement since it has the same width and thickness, which are critical measurements. Take a look and see what you think. |
