Papaiz 323 is marked on the lock.
please note the inter nob is flush with jam and is 1/2" from center. Typical Replacement from Home Depot extends to far out to side to turn.

Thanks for writing in! This storm door handle reminds me of the 40-049 and 40-097 Complete Mortise Locksets. To determine which of these would be best for the repair, carefully look over each of their dimensions and compare them. The finishes they are available in can be viewed on the website.
