Need new upper slider

Question

These are pictures of the left window. The plastic slider failed inthe right window, I don't dare open it. The crank machine is labeled "Truth"
I assume this is a 10 inch hinge, is that true?

I agree that since the tape measure appears to read 10" long, the 36-048 hinge set would be our best replacement option. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
