Need new weatherstripping for an exterior door.

This is for a standard 6-8 36" wide exterior swinging patio door that is about 20 years old. I could find no indications of the manufacturer of the door. The glass in the door is safety glass so the door is fairly heavy. Please see the attached photos, one showing the end of the existing weatherstripping and the other providing dimensions of the various components of the weatherstripping. Thanks.
