Need new window balance

I am writing to request a replacement for the window balance in one of my windows. I have included pictures of the window balance, I need your expertise on figuring out which balance to buy. Thank you!

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance reminds me of the S775-24 which is assembled with either a 1" wedge or a 1-1/4" wedge. To determine which one you have, you'll need to remove the balance assembly and confirm the shoe width.

You can select the 24B stamp option.
