Need new window balance kits

The windows were installed new in 1998 ..I have no other info and cant find any other markings

Hello,
This style of balance is no longer available but our S775 channel balance makes a great replacement. You'll just need to weigh your window sash and determine the width of your original shoe to choose the correct specifications. There is a chart under the product description that will tell you which option to choose based on the sash weight. Thank you!
