Need new window balances

All 4 of the window balances snapped (2 on upper, 2 on lower). Attached are the part photos and the window warranty label.
The coil is stamped "71J"

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 16-031 mounting bracket and 15/32" wide S180 coil springs to yours. Your coil stamp indicates that you most likely need the S180-7. To confirm, you can weigh your window sash and divide the weight by the number of coils used to support it on both sides of the window. Thanks for posting!
