Need new window balances

Question

Hello, i need 6 each of two different balances. I need 6 for a larger set of windows and they are labelled as 2940. Then i need 6 more for a smaller set of windows and they bare labelled 2930. All of the balances are 30 inches long and have the same fittings. Can you please tell me which model to order. In the photos, some of the wings from the fitting may be broken.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2930 and 2940 spring strength options for the corresponding stamp codes on your original balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
