Hello, thank you for posting,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments.
Please double check the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments, it should measure 26-7/8" long.
How many balances are you in need of? For custom orders there is a minimum of (2). Thank you!

Yes the metal channel length is 26-7/8". I will need two balances for now, but there are more windows with different sizes in the house that will need new balances and I will order those soo as I get the measurements. Do the balances come with the nylon cap ends?

I have sent over a separate email with an order link for (2) balances with pricing for your review. There is a 5-6 week lead time, could be longer. Please let me know if you have any additional questions and custom orders are nonrefundable.
These balances come assembled with the plastic attachments and ready to install out of the box.
