Hello!
The balance shown here appears to have a wingless top fitting and a winged bottom fitting. With that in mind, I recommend you have a look at the S350-28 with the 2730 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 13 to 19 pounds. Take a look at the specifications below and see if they match what you need.
