Don't need a latch was showing you what type of single pane window it is. Can two wheels be put in those.

I also need info on some grey pile weather stripping with the plastic strip in the middle. The flat art that slides into window measures 1/4 inch, the grey pile I think I need 5/16 let me know if that makes sense

The 87-162 is not made to have two wheels. The different grooves in the housing are for adjusting the height of the wheel if needed.
We do not carry a pile weatherstrip with a 1/4" base. We do carry a 9/32" option, please double check and review our selection here to see what you think!
