Need new window operator

A handy person from Sarasota says:
I tried one by guessing 39-278 but was just wrong - almost but wrong screwholes/locations.

Can you help me identify the correct replacement part?

Thanks.

Hi there, I'm not quite sure what you'll need yet. You'll need to remove the operator completely so we can take a look at the linkage. It helps to see what type of arms you have and how the link arm attaches to the side of the window. Seeing the mounting hole locations will help, too. You can begin looking over our 39-056 and 39-084 and the video below in the meantime.
