Need new window parts

Question

I can't find any numbers. Most of them on top have a spring with a plastic cover that has now broken and the spring is popping out of the window. I want to replace all of the slider parts for our windows. The windows are tilt style windows.

Thanks for posting! Your spiral balance is either the 3/8" Series 900 or the 5/8" Series 600 tilt window spiral balance. To confirm which of these is the right fit, you'll need to remove the spiral balance from the window to confirm the details of the balance.

The plastic piece that the tip of the balance connects to is the pivot shoe. You'll also need to remove this part so that we can see the entire shoe. You'll also need to have it removed to confirm the dimensions.
