1/2 inch Channel, metal end to end 26 5/8 inch. Clip photos attached with measurements.
Thinking its the 385 - 27 inch with 2630 weight. Photos submitted

Hi there!
What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord? If it snapped off, you'll have to use an undamaged version of the balance as a reference.

I was still waiting for a response, however I just discovered that it went to bulk mail last Monday, so did not get message until today, Thursday.
Based on this response. I thought I would be getting a follow up via this email thread.
I do not have the metal clip requested, so I will have to go remove the undamaged one to provide info. It will take a few days.

Hello!
There's been a change since the last time we spoke. The manufacturer recently discontinued your balance's configuration, unfortunately.
The good news is that they have a modern equivalent that is meant to work in all the same applications. The design is a little different, though, and as a result, so is the spring calibration. I will need you to tell me the exact weight of your sash so that we can verify the proper calibration on the new style.
Once I have that data, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you place an order on our site.
