Need non-tilt channel balance for a single hung American Classic vinyl window

Question

need right and left lift (balance). They measure 23 and 7/8 inches long at the metal channel which is aprox. 1/2 inch wide. It is coiled spring with block and tackle arrangement attached to bottom metal hook. See picture. Stamped on the metal channel is the marking "2360 BSI vc. See attached 4 pictures.
