Our 82-086 with 3-15/16" hole center spacing would be my pick if you only needed the handle. Are you looking for the keeper as well? If you are, can you show us a photo of the mortise lock? That will help narrow down some options. 

I'm not sure what you mean by pitch. If it's the keeper in the first photo you need, then we will need to see a photo of the mortise lock to narrow down some options. 

Thanks for the additional photos! Your mortise lock looks like the 82-218. With that in mind, I recommend you have the 89-021D and 89-020. Carefully review the specifications for each keeper and see how they compare with your old one.
