Need one replacement sash mechanism

A quick learner from Woodstock, IL says:
Anderson Sash 11600-17: Number appears to be "623 2 RH75 0294" OR "623 2 BH75 0294". When inside of room this goes on right hand side. (Does your part fit LEFT and RIGHT? ...in case other side breaks)

A quick learner from Woodstock, IL says:
There is a strip of weatherproofing that fits where the window meets the sill. It has fallen apart. Do you carry a replacement?

I recommend looking at our 58-156 foam filled weatherstripping to start. You might be able to get this to fit, but carefully review the dimensions we show on its store page to confirm. Please note that there is no adhesive on the 58-156 so you may need to tack it in with something if it curls up.

Regarding the balance, I recommend the 24-637 based on the provided stamp.
