Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement operator needed for your repairs but I'll need to see a photo of the entire mechanism to identify the correct replacement. 

May I please see a photo of the entire operator in one photo? In addition to the photo of the base you provided, I'll also need to see a clear view of the arm(s) and how the operator attaches to the bottom of the swinging window sash.
