Thanks for posting. This is called a pivot bar. We likely can replace yours, but I'd like to see an undamaged version just so we know precisely what you're working with. If you can show us an undamaged version removed from the window, we'll do our best to ID a replacement for you. The video below shows how to remove and replace pivot bars.
