Hello, Deb. Your pivot shoe appears to be a match for our 15-180. This appears to be the only damaged part, but just in case you can also see our Series 190 spring, 15-186 clip, and 15-182 barrel.

Thanks?received the correct balance shoe and after watching the how to video was able to fix the window?.so glad for video and help in identifying part.
