Need part # for my window balances

Question

Can you please confirm part number for me?  "3230 - B.S.I. - MM" is stamped.  My windows are non-tilt and channel width measures 9/16".  Let me know if questions.  Thanks, Rich

Thanks for posting. This looks like the S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3230.
