Need part for tilt window channel balance

Question

The window has no name or number that I can find. The metal metal channel that fits in the window frame is 28" long, the channel that houses the spring is 5/8" wide and 1/2" deep. I need the part on the upper end that houses the pulley for the cord. One photo shows the piece that is broken. The cord has a clip on the end that fits into a hole in the frame. Thanks for any help you can give.

I'm pretty sure we can replace this balance, but there are still a couple details that are missing that we'll need in order to identify it.

First, there should be a shoe or clip at the bottom of the balance. It seems like it might be missing from yours. Do you have an undamaged version of this balance that might still have it? We'll need a photo of it.

Can you also tell me what the number printed on the balance itself? If there's no number on the actual balance channel, then we'll need you to weigh your sash on a scale and give me its exact weight.

Finally, how many of these did you need?
