Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on your dimensions, I suggest looking at the 90-278 window lock. This comes with its own keeper, but that won't work for you since yours is a different style. with that in mind, I suggest you also buy our 90-257 separately. Review both parts and see what you think.

Regarding the broken operator cover, see our 39-107. However you may need a whole new operator. The reason this kind of damage occurs is because the worm gear is pulling out of the casing when you open and close the window. If you just replace the cover without addressing that, this is bound to just happen again.
